I can hear the kids who are always playing in the hallways the walls are not soundproof. During the freeze that happened last week my heating didn't work I knew this a month ago and told him to fix it no one showed up when I called him after freez to see what was going on they told me all the other apartments were working so they didn't bother. I got frostbite on my ear. They also wanted a rent increase delusional
I am a resident of Domaine Belle-Rive in Laval managed by Capreit. And this review is based on my stay in the building for 1 year. If I could give lower than a star i would have. But since 1 is the minimum, the star goes for the nice area the building is located in which is near the river, close to everything and very convenient as it has everything in the building.
