This family operated business prides themselves on excellent service and experience. Most of the staff has been employed by Mr. Caprara for over 20 years. Just a few weeks after treating myself to this last year I experienced some major hate with someone keying the front panel right where I’d be forced to see it every time I got in or out, along with a few other things to damage it. At the time I wasn’t in a position to have it repaired so I just had to live with it and be unhappy about it. These guys are great. I went to check on why my car was making noise. They put on a lift and diagnosed the problem. It's an issue the dealer has to deal with but caprara didn't charge me and gave me some great advise. These are good guys!
