A special thank you to Bob, Jeremy, and Paula—they are wonderful people, and I truly enjoyed interacting with them throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this auto body shop! Everyone was incredibly sincere, honest, and friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to help. They went the extra mile to make sure I understood the insurance process and shared valuable advice I wasn't aware of. It made the whole experience much less stressful.
I don't have to be a customer to rate this establishment. I've had friends who have been here and take their word for it.
Staff is professional and personable. Repairs were made in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop and would absolutely use them again.

Exceptional customer service. I asked about repainting or covering the hood of my 2007 Honda; they suggested replacing it, explaining how much more affordable that would be. They also found a used hood online that matched my paint code. I brought the replacement to them and they installed it in 5 minutes while I waited — no charge! Now I know why Wallace Auto Care recommended them.
