Foam! People think I'm weird when i order a dry non-fat cappuccino. I know it's not everyone's favorite drink, and I know from experience that it is relatively difficult to make a ton of foam with non-fat product, but Cappy does a great job! Like any coffee place, it depends on who is serving you up, but this place is pretty consistent, which is quite refreshing.
