I used to be happy with this company (since 2023), but between poor scheduling, no shows, and poor workmanship including making the drywall holes 1/2 inch too big in circumference leaving gaps that allows for rodents and insects to get in, and having to hire a drywall specialist to repair the holes, it's not worth keeping this company. 7pm in the evening and it's CAPPS for the win! Kitchen sink stopped up and holding water. Dispatch was a breeze, the young lady was great. Took my information and said they would have a technician out around 7pm. 💪Art showed up to the rescue. Gathered his tools in one trip and went to work. 15 minutes later the job was done. CAPPS. you have a customer for life. Thank for the phone a friend save 🤣🤣
I had a slab leak. Capps was referred to me by a family friend. Art and Julio arrived and were very sympathetic to my problem. There was no time wasted in identifying the problem and no upselling. The job was completed perfectly and at a fraction of what I was anticipating. Do yourself a favor and contact these folks before any other.
C.A.P.P.S. did a FANTASTIC job repairing my water heater! After trying 3 other companies over a month's time, one wouldn't respond to voicemail left, one made an appointment and then didn't show and the third tried to up-sell me and wanted to charge over 3X what C.A.P.P.S. charged, I called and they responded within 24 hours of the original call!
