I'm incredibly grateful to Alex for his help today. He was not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely thoughtful. He sealed the piping properly, cleared up after himself, removed the kickboards so the area could dry out, and even topped up my boiler after noticing it was in the red. That level of attention is rare. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely call again if needed.
