I am a member of the Fitness Forward group. I would think that the equipment would be available for us to use. But there are not enough chairs (the ones that are used for our exercises)there are not enough chairs for the people who need them. I was told they’re being used by an other group. The group leaders have asked for more but there are none I counted 10 chairs available for our use for the 1:30 class. The leaders of our group are fantastic.

Bureaucratic nightmare!! After filling out multiple redundant forms, then waiting, waiting, waiting to see check-in clerk...I ask why had I had been there 40 minutes, watched 4 other people go in front of me, and told the forms were sent to the clerks by "magic". Not so much magic because they lost the check in form and almost cancelled my appointment as a no-show. Then after calling twice for the results that "would be available in 5-7 days", I was told on day 8 that they had not been read yet but check back later...they wo... read more
My poor wife who has dementia had to get a bone scan and the difficulty of her getting this done was made easy by a woman named Dimple. What a caring loving understanding and very professional woman with patience. I felt completely comfortable with this woman. Any employer would be thrilled to have Dimple working for them ! Thank you to her and all that work there
SMH Rand Blvd. is a professionally run facility where I have all of my Lab work done. The Staff are helpful, kind and caring. Lulee, a check-in advisor went above and beyond in assisting me w/my Lab work. Also, I belong to “Health Fit” which is the SMH fitness center and is in the same location and my go -to for fitness, personal training and informative weekly and monthly classes. I am grateful to have this facility in my area. Thank you, Barbara Gaeta
