Most dissapointed I have ever been! brought my puppy poodle in for initial exam. Told she had kennel cough. 1 week later she was non responsive when I called and was frantic. Asked can I bring her in ASAP and told no. It was 2:30P I was told and if it was that critical i should have made a earlier apt. When I explained that I worked and just found out they said not there problem. The nerve of them to not see my dog. Well The Suffern Animal hospital took us right away and saved her life. She had pneumonia and was misdiagnosed... read more
