Very disappointed. Yes, there was a hurricane. No impact to the house. Delayed 9 days at my cost (seller). The last day delay cost me 150, why, because they asked for an after storm survey. No jig deal, except they didn't know until too late causing another delay. Very poor communication. I would not recommend.
At first the people at this office was very nice and professional. The when it came time for them to send my brother his check they sent it to different addresses even tho they had the correct address the whole time. It has been 2 months and they still haven't sent my brother his money from the sale of my mother's house. It seems to me that they are collecting interest on his money. I was told by my lawyer in Friday that his check was still with this title company and they were suppose to overnight the check to the address I... read more
