Capozolli Construction designed and built a new home for us. They were professional , knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. We loved that they were on time to the proposed schedule and true to the cost bids that they promised. They were also very personable, kind,and friendly. We loved working with them and would recommend them to anyone.
I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Sr. and Jeff Jr., on our new construction. I love our unique and beautifully built home so much! Every step of the way, they listened to me and my dream, and figured out how to make it happen. They understand the building and construction process! Capozzoli construction did an amazing job remodeling our home. We have lived here for 30 years and it was time for some big changes. We were on a pretty tight budget. Jeff worked with us and gave guidance on how we could get the most bang for our buck. I have always wanted a mudroom and we had plans to push our side entrance out. Jeff and his staff built our home. It was a wonderful experience. He listened to our vision and worked with us to achieve it. We were in the parade of homes and won the people’s choice award.
We have only positive things to say about our experience of having Capozzoli Construction build our home 4 years ago. We highly recommend them to others. We thought their subs were excellent, they stayed on schedule, and importantly to us stayed within the budget that was established for the build. Jeff Jr is also a craftsman, he built our fireplace mantles and framed our windows. They are beautiful, and our home is lovely.
