James did incredible work when our electric service box was damaged from a fallen tree. He answered the call swiftly in the morning, was out the same day, and had everything up in no time letting us know that our emergency was his priority. He even called the inspector, Fred, who came out on a Friday afternoon, which prompted NYSEG to get out to our house and hook the power back up that day. Without James and his help our power would have been out for days, but because of him it was simply one afternoon.

Jake was the electrician that came to my residence. He was fast and a delight and explained everything clearly. Found a very bad open neutral problem I had. Very quickly and corrected it then corrected a so call electricians mess up and put everything back up and running in 4 hours. Would recommend him to anyone.

The best electrician in my area. He's a little bit on the high side price wise, but I would gladly pay a little bit more to have peace of mind knowing everything is up to code and done safely. Jim is truly a professional and his work speaks for itself. We had other companies lie to us and try to scam us, but Jim is extremely honest. He knows the codes and does it the right way.
