Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and never have to worry about the gym being crowded.
Quiet, never crowded when I go, not full of big muscle building athletes so I feel comfortable with my little walk on the treadmill and low weight machines. It’s not intimidating.
I love this gym, it’s clean, never too busy, it has everything you need to get a good workout. If you’re looking for a quiet, introvert friendly, serene atmosphere with polite staff to workout without the busy traffic of a ghetto PF or Crunch, this is your place.
