I absolutely love my beautiful pool from Caporal Pool & Spa, LLC! Juan made the whole process very easy from beginning to end. He also explained everything every step of the way, which I really appreciated! I never felt in the dark one time throughout the process. Lastly, the pool came out exactly as we discussed, and I am SO happy with it! If you're thinking about doing a pool, I definitely recommend Caporal!!
There are not enough stars to give this company. We had our pool replastered, new tiles, and flagstone coping. Juan was there from beginning to end. Answered all questions we had. His workers always left areas clean. We now have a beautiful pool where everyone is "wowed" at when they see it! Thank you Juan and Caporal Pool and Spa! You're truly the best!
If you’re looking for contractor you can truly trust, stop searching and call Caporal Pools. I am a very detail-oriented person with high expectations when it comes to communication, project management, workmanship, cleanliness, and accountability. Unfortunately, my original contractor turned what should have been an exciting backyard project into a stressful experience filled with poor communication, lack of oversight, and unfinished work.
