I’ve been a loyal customer for two years, and until now, I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. Unfortunately, my latest visit was a total disaster. Both of my children were handled by barbers who were clearly not ready for the floor. Not only did the cuts take an excessive amount of time, but the results were honestly shocking….jagged, uneven, and covered in what looked like random bald spots.
