My name is Julio, and I’ve been doing capoeira since 1996. Capoeira gave me the opportunity to become the best version of myself. I designed a unique method of teaching capoeira based on my 25 years of experience. I combined the most important principles of capoeira with the foundations of fitness to create the perfect way for you to become fitter, stronger, and move and feel better.
