Okay where do I ever begin!! I had the worst lower back off and on for two weeks straight. Finally one day I got so bad that I couldn’t even bend over to pick something up off the ground. I immediately called Capo rehab to make an appointment to see what they could do. Michael worked on my lower back with a few different tools, as well as an adjustment. Short notice and able to get me in. Hobbled in, walked out upright with a full stride Knew exactly what to do for immediate results and plan for eliminating problem going forward.
Dr. Michael is a magician! I limped in after exacerbating an injury he had seen me for earlier in the week and walked out without a limp. I still have a long way to go, but between Dr M and John stretching me out in positions I didn't think possible, I'm standing tall again and walking pretty normal. Looking forward to my upcoming appointments and having even more progress.
Capo Performance Rehab is the best! I have been seeing Dr. Mike and the rest of the team for years. They have helped me to alleviate so much pain and discomfort over the years. They always get me in quickly and provide me with immediate relief. The whole staff is excellent and I highly recommend them!
