Having recently purchased my home and experiencing heating issues, I contacted this firm as an authorized dealer for Majestic Fireplace manufacturer, specifically to see if I could add the optional fan kit and thermal vent damper to improving heating from my fireplace. Came For an inspection of my chimney because it’s not drafting correctly. They posted that they’re one of the few chimney places that actually shows up. They took some measurements and I was told by one of the workers that he would have to go back to his office and do some calculations and that he would call me back. Never heard from them again! Called and left a message again no call back.
