First, the Regency Ci2700 Pro Series fireplace insert is an amazing device. The combination of old school woodburning with modern eco technology is wonderful and a joy to use. The installation wasn't without its bumps but Capo's willingness to make the final product flawless in the end was impressive. Highly recommended.
They don't answer their phone so I had to go all the way out to Sparks just to find out everything is super expensive. This is a great place if you are a boomer with unlimited funds and you want to impress your trophy wife

Fireplace repair made by James Slater from Capo Fireside Reno, NV looks like magic for me but honestly it was 4 hours permanent drilling, testing, verifying manual with the manager and all regulations…And here there are: 25 years old gas Healiator looks like new and works like new!
Sadly, I drove from North Vallys to see a showroom and talk to a sales person. Everywhere on social media says the place is open till 5 PM. The front window has a big hours of operations that says Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. No one was here when I arrived at 4:10 PM. The place is locked up tight.
