I walked in overwhelmed with the process of finding the right fireplace and all the things that go along with it, but they made it so easy for me and answered every question I had! They have a beautiful selection and a friendly and helpful staff. The installation was well coordinated and thorough. Big thank you to Capo!
For months, we have been trying to get our fireplace working. But again, the people who are suppose to show up to fix this, didn't show up. Even after multiple commitments to be here. Run, Run do not buy anything from here. I can't even begin to go into all the problems. I had to contact the manufacture and arrange a multiple people phone call to get the installer to understand that yes the fireplace can do what we were told.
