Driver sucks at driving and almost crashed into me
There terrible. Go ahead and buy the fireplace. If you need service then maybe you will get a call back. $400 just to come out. I even went into the store to get a part and the manager never called me back again even after leaving multiple messages.
Helpful and knowledgeable.
I visited Capo Fireside to get help ordering a chimney liner, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The gentleman assisting me came across as dismissive and unwilling to help, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I expected better customer service and professionalism. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive a more helpful experience.
If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Don't waste your money unless you want to pay for headaches.
