I visited Capo Fireside to get help ordering a chimney liner, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The gentleman assisting me came across as dismissive and unwilling to help, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I expected better customer service and professionalism. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive a more helpful experience.
If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Don't waste your money unless you want to pay for headaches.
Once they have their sale secured, they basically stop responding. If you get ahold of Sean, good luck, he just passes the buck to someone else and takes zero accountability for any problems.
Josh, Jacob, and Riley, went above and beyond in every aspect of my purchase! We are absolutely thrilled with what we ended up with and the communication we received from all of them! I highly recommend!
