Initial install was in March. They have been out several times attempting to complete the install. They brought the wrong equipment, did not have the correct parts, told my plumber the incorrect way to run the gas, told my electrician the wrong way to run the electrical. Plumber had to come 3 times. Electrician had to come 3 times. Framer, whom they suggested, had to come twice due to them framing it wrong. Although their scheduling is a little unreliable sometimes they will eventually show up if you call them enough. One of our Montigo fireplaces had a broken thermocouple and the other had a gunked up pilot light. Steve, one of their technicians, is really nice and knew exactly how to fix our fireplace quickly and correctly!
