I visited Capo last week. There was a guy that called Hunter his name. He was like wants me to leave store as well. I asked him questions and told what I want. Then, he said he can’t give me a price or details. Told me to my husband calls him and he will tell him the price. My husband called in 20 min back then He was not really clear with price and information. Initial install was in March. They have been out several times attempting to complete the install. They brought the wrong equipment, did not have the correct parts, told my plumber the incorrect way to run the gas, told my electrician the wrong way to run the electrical. Plumber had to come 3 times. Electrician had to come 3 times. Framer, whom they suggested, had to come twice due to them framing it wrong.
