Wonderful! Would do it again
Our original cruise was cancelled & we were given the whale & puffin cruise. Nice crew. We got to see lots of puffins, but sadly no whales. This made for a long ride.
Now I unstand and expect that you will not always see whales, but your empty guarantee of another trip and follow up email is garbage. The whole show up, pay to park, and maybe after you have committed your day to a four hour trip we will have room! What?
