☆☆☆☆ I called to ask if they accepted my insurance, and after I said “thank you anyway,” the call ended right away. It just felt a little abrupt. A simple goodbye or a friendlier tone would’ve made the interaction feel more welcoming.
The best podiatrist along the gulf coast. Well worth the 2 hour drive I make to see a doctor who has my best interest at the heart of his practice. Accommodating, knowledgeable, professional and ensures you feel like the only patient he has.
I used to think that Podiatrist were losers! Dr. Caplis with his kindness, intensity toward my care, and medical knowledge has completely changed my mind. I went to a large local orthopedic service and was sorely disappointed in their lackadaisical care of my torn toe nail and broken toes. I had heard about Dr. Caplis, so I called and they were able to take me in immediately, did thorough x-rays, and sewed my toe up.
