Mary I always have my equipment maintenance done at Caplingers. They are great! Trimmer man, Tyler, must be talking about somewhere else. They are very nice and inexpensive and know what they're talking about. I would definitely recommend Caplingers.
Barb The first review person above is crazy. Caplinger's charges $55 + $1 per mile, that's pick up and delivery. They are very professional and courteous when I go there and also are very reasonable with their prices. We are very happy with the service we get at Caplingers.
Excellent Service We always take our lawn mowers to Caplinger's for service. It's a family owned business and they are always ready to help with what you need. We had problems with a tiller and they helped get us what parts we needed to get it operable. I'd recommend them if you are looking for yearly maintenance, to fix a mower problem, or to purchase a new mower/tractor.
Always get my service Caplinger's will always get my service. I compared prices in our area and everybody else was way higher in price, especially for pickup/delivery. Some were almost double. The people are always very helpful whenever I'm looking for parts, and they carry just about everything. It's great to have a reasonably priced, family-run business like this one in our community.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE this place is a joke, i got my trimmer fixed at another stihl dealership for what they wanted to tell me what was wrong with it. they charge and arm and a leg just to look at saws and trimmers even if you bought them there. There was an elderly lady approx 1.5miles from their shop and they charged her 75.00$ to pick her mower up and 75.00$ to drop it back off on top of charging her 800.00 to fix her lawn tractor.
