Dr. Spence, asks pertinent questions, listens carefully and answers my questions thoroughly. He discusses the treatment options available and asks what I would like to do. He and the staff follow up quickly on scheduling appointments, tests and prescriptions. Heather, the RN responds very quickly to messages on the portal. All the staff is pleasant and helpful. I feel very fortunate to be Dr. Spence's patient.
From Reception to Dr. Spence, good people. I got a warm welcome. Dr. Spence and Heather were both very patient and professional. They actually spent time with me, no rush in and rush out.
