Very disappointed with my experience at Capizzi. I dropped off my car after hours on the scheduled day and I didn't hear from him for over a week. When I finally called, he said he couldn't touch my car until we signed a permission slip (which is fine but that would have been nice to know). Had a dyno test scheduled for today and shop was closed. My time is as valuable as yours. Please do better with scheduling is my advice. It wasn't for my daily driver, it took me a while to pull it out of storage to only find you are closed today. TO YOUR REPLY: If you were there, you did not come to the door. I was there at 10:05 am.
