DONT PARK HERE- Their parking lots seem like ticket mills to make them money. They ticket within minutes of staying past your meter. And there’s a spot in the garage that is probably frequented by the homeless to pee -DONT LIVE HERE- I have a buddy that has lived here for years here are his hi-lights: -constant noise from homeless and USCIS next door -slow response for maintenance -clothes and excrement in the pool -small gym -noisy neighbors -outbreak of fruit flies in the halls from accumulating garbage -excessively long 1... read more
Raul from maintenance was very kind, communicative and professional when replacing a filter for my AC unit.
2nd time living here and I’m so disappointed. Pro: large pool. Cons: pool area is run wild with unsupervised middle school aged kids who regularly throw furniture into the pool. Pro: elevator? Con: rarely working correctly. Be aware that the elevator cars are very small and I had to throw away furniture that would not fit in the door. Pro: except for the wild kids, folks who live here are very kind and patient with all the bs they are dealing with (including not wild kids & lots of adorable pets). I've lived at Capital Towers & Villa for some time now, and I genuinely love calling this place home. The dated villa charm gives it a sense of peace and character that newer complexes just can't replicate and my patio with views of the energy around downtown makes it even better.
