Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to pre-sign my paperwork.
It went very smoothly. No issues at all.
They waited a month after closing to tell us we will have to pay an additional $800 in taxes. They say it is because of a "new" tax law that just took effect at the beginning of the month and they couldn't foresee. County tax laws don't change in two weeks. I'm looking into this and likely reporting this company to the state. The charitable interpretation of this is that they didn't do their due diligence.
