said they could put on winters in the morning and when I drove from Fernie and they say maybe end of day (just sit and wait 8 hours bro, what’s the problem) I appreciate them being honest about the actual wait time upon arrival, though . I understand they’re busy and it’s not by an appointment, but they shouldn’t make commitments over the phone that are not kept as I wouldn’t have come if I had known 6+ hour wait. Not sure what to say felt like the were trolling
Blew out my tire while on holidays and the team at Capitol Tire got me all sorted within an hour. Such a great experience and everyone was so incredibly nice to deal with! Made a stressful experience a whole lot easier to manage. Definitely recommend!
You're more than just a paycheck to these guys, they treat you like a family member. As of 2026, I have dealt with Capitol for 15 years and have yet to have a bad experience.
Excellent service and reasonable price. Helped me out late on a hot Friday afternoon. Knowledgeable staff who are great with customers. Totally impressed!!
Absolutely great guys here! Got my tires fixed in no time, were wonderful to speak to, and had great humor the whole time. Will absolutely be back for all my tire related things
