We had a great experience with Capitol Square Management during our tenancy, thanks in large part to James Kousoulos. James oversaw the logistics of the property we were renting and was consistently professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and smoothly, and his communication was always clear and respectful. It's clear that Capitol Square takes pride in managing their properties well, and James is a great example of that. Highly recommend them!

We have had an excellent experience renting a property managed by Capitol Square for the past two years! Jimmy, Bob, and their team have always been responsive and thorough in dealing with maintenance items large and small. Most recently, when our hot water heater suddenly sprung a leak in the middle of the weekend, Jimmy responded right away and we had a new tank and our hot water back the next day.
