Billing department is an utter train wreck. They didn't send my bill for like 3 months, I called to ask what was going on, they sent me a bill for all three previous months on one bill. I paid the bill on the website they provide ON SAID BILL. I get a threatening text a week later stating they will debt sale my account if I dont call and pay the bill.
