Came in May to place my Motability order with Richard Milner. He was extremely affable, explaining the production timescale and specs available for the car. The sales patter and customer service was great. However, the same cannot be said of the aftersale service. Upon agreeing to an upfront cost of £4599 for the Skoda Enyak 80iV in May, I found it had dropped significantly to £2899 on July 1st, a drop of nearly £1700! I purchased my girst Skoda from Newport Skoda in 2010, and it was maintained by them on a routine basis and I have been extremely pleased with the service I always received. For this reason when visiting them for a service, I spoke with their sales representative - Paul, about replacing my car with certain criteria, ability for my wife to get in and out of the vehicle without any problems and that the vehicle could tow a caravan.
