I called to gather details regarding missing invoices. I was greeted by a nice receptionist. I was then forwarded to the person who handles invoices. I think her name was Laura Ochoa. She immediately began to treat me like I was inconveniencing her. I gave her our account number and let her know what I was calling for. She didn't listen and starting speaking loudly over me and not allowing me to explain the situation. Extremely rude.
