As others have posted, this is a terrible company. Don't let them past your doorstep. A salesman talked my 85 year old father-in-law into signing a contract knowing full well he just cancelled a previous contract months earlier. As soon as my wife found out he had signed it, she immediately sent notice to cancel it. It was past the 10 days they allow in their contract, and they rudely told her she has no option but to pay.
