I give the service in the restaurant as a negative 1 If I could give it one… she slammed our menus on the table and disregarded us…she answered really rudely even though we were saying please and thank you…she is Lucy I left a got a tip!!!hands down worst place to eat food was over cooked and under cooked at the same time… and her rbf showed all the time!!! The service for the rooms was amazing… and the hotel is nice… but the restaurant avoid!!
This is a lovely place. Not posh or upscale, but perfect for the location. The staff were friendly, funny, and helpful. The food was surprisingly good, and you cannot find a better location for Capitol Reef or Bryce Canyon actually. The drive on 12 is amazing and this resort literally blew everything in Bryce Canyon away. Comfort, staff, food, drinks, absolutely worth the drive from Bryce Canyon.
Its a nice room it has a cofee machine there is breakfest lunch and dinner hough you need to buy it but the workers are soooo nice there is a jakuzi or a spa whatever u wana call it its basicaly a tini heated pool with bubbles the fire is tiny would not recomend going if theres wind the food is awesome and humongous would definately reccomend theres a microave and a refrigerator in the drawers
Views were amazing!!! Room was clean and nice but definitely over priced. We headed offsite to breakfast, came back and hotel staff were in our room which was pretty weird as we hadn’t checked out yet. Dinner was pretty good but overpriced as well. Ribeye with onions was served hot and tasted good but was the strangest we’ve ever tasted. The texture was super rubbery and seemed like the meat was boiled in salt water brine ???
