Tim, Curt, and Shane are AWESOME! Nobody really has the exact idea (in detail) in their head of a pool, but Tim & team helped to guide us to the perfect backyard paradise. The whole experience was great; they communicated very well, showed up early everyday, and help to manage expectations. We would 100% do it again with Capitol Pools, they rock! My wife and I had a great experience with Tim Andrews, Kurt, Shane and the entire Capitol Pools team. Before installation, Tim discussed options, answered all questions and provided us with timelines and updates. The pool was installed in the summer of 2021, Kurt and Shane paid close attention to all details, with no glitches or delays. These guys are amazing, and have consistently gone above and beyond expectations. We’ve been extremely happy with the pool and the service they provide, even when it’s a dumb “new pool owner” question. Would highly recommend. The negative review is literally a “Karen”who must’ve called the wrong number or something.
I have tried to just get a return phone call to inquire about a pool, for about 6 weeks. Tried phone and email and even talked to a regional rep, still have not gotten any response whatsoever. Good luck if you want to use them. I didn't have any. Totally disappointed.
I received my order from them right away. They're good people and I'll use them again!
