Waited all day for an AM appt. Didn't honor estimate when asked for a new estimate the little boy ran to his truck and backed out the driveway. When I called the office they stopped answering the phone. Very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend. Because I questioned a 300$ toilet.....??? Come on now. What are yall over there doing???? Remember it's a small town.
They were friendly, came by quickly and got everything working.
This review isn’t about plumbing—just good people. There was a car accident next to one of their job sites and they brought cold water bottles to the victims waiting out in the sun. Always going to support business who support people.
I called Capital Plumbing,left a message & received a return call within the hour. Roberto came the same afternoon, did an assessment on our toilet & corrected the problem quickly. I found Roberto to be prompt, professional & easy to work with. I will be calling them for my future Plumbing needs.
Fast, efficient, and not overpriced! Oh, and super easy to work with! They replaced my garbage disposal quickly and were able to get to me just a few hours after I called.
