My Mom has been working with PT Jacob Miller after her recent shoulder replacement surgery. I have accompanied her to several appointments during the first few weeks. She and I are very pleased and impressed with Jacob. He is knowledgeable and caring. He thoroughly answers her questions and provides encouragement and support. Capitol Physical Therapy offers high end quality care towards their patients. Working as a Physical Therapy Technician it is always fun get to know and understand the patient.
