My Mom has been working with PT Jacob Miller after her recent shoulder replacement surgery. I have accompanied her to several appointments during the first few weeks. She and I are very pleased and impressed with Jacob. He is knowledgeable and caring. He thoroughly answers her questions and provides encouragement and support. He is helping her achieve excellent results. I highly recommend him and Capitol Physical Therapy!

Capitol Physical Therapy offers high end quality care towards their patients. Working as a Physical Therapy Technician it is always fun get to know and understand the patient. What I enjoy most is being around the people I work with along with learning from the physical therapists. I am forever grateful to work for the company.
Had a great time in the office. Great staff at this location. A month after I finished I got an errant/mistaken bill after I had already paid it off in full. Called the office back, and they said they'd get back to me. They hadn't. So I called the bills/payment hotline of the Capitol Therapy business which turned out to be next to useless. The person who was "helping" me hung up on me. This was after I had been hung-up on from calls before hand that had continually gone nowhere; stuck on hold with no music or dialtone.
