Awful !!! Can’t contact anybody about my medical situation. Pain is unrelenting and the lady I spoke with in elizabethtown was rude. This office has no way for a patient to actually speak with them, it’s like they intentionally don’t want to talk to patients.
The absolute worst medical provider, no it's actually the worst experience I've had in my 56 years on this earth. Started in Feb 2026 to simply get a lumbar ablation. It took 7 months because of delays, rescheduling etc. You never speak to the doctor until the day of the procedure and often only get to talk to the Nurse Practitioners assistant. I called once to speak to the Nurse practitioner because my cervical and lumbar pain was worsening and was very severe. I never got a call back until I called 2 more times on followin... read more
