Commonwealth pain and spin, is not the pain management clinic you need put you pain management in. Doc Anderson is a great doc but his staff id terrible. It's gotten even worse now they have gotten lazy and rely on AI to handle all patients question. I had a spin cord stimulator emplanted and require tramadol, every 30 day I have to go through a series of calls to get a refill. This place is an absolute joke. My wife had to switch to them because of insurance purposes. She was suppose to have an MRI but it got canceled because the office didn’t do the pre authorization that had to be done. She has called multiple times to have them get it rescheduled and no one ever calls her back. She fell and hurt her back even more and when she went back the doctor didn’t even examine her. She explained to the doctor that the medication wasn’t working and all she got told is that they wasn’t going to change her ... read more
If I could leave a no star i would. Worst place to go and didn't even get seen. If the front desk is rude and can care less the pain you are going through then what you think the doctor is going to act like. If you are a New patient or transferring over. You wont be treated like the rest because you need your loyalty points first.
Aletha is the best nurse practitioner I have ever known in my whole life. She deserves a big raise because she is so wonderful.
