Arguementive, said he didn't know about my situation after waiting for a month for an appointment. Didn't even do any kind of examine. Didn't address problems that I was their for although they went back and forth to get approval from W.C. Adjustor. Waste my time filling out 13 forms. He thought he was above and made judgment by looking at medication I have been on and have to be on unfortunately. I didn't do this to myself!
