I have severe dental anxiety. The whole team here made me feel at ease. The consultation was quick and easy. Dr. B was confident he could remove my upper wisdom teeth easily (I'm 32). I had the surgery this morning around 9:30. It is 8:35pm now and pain is minimal. I do have some swelling on my left side and my throat hurts sooo bad, but I expected that. Overall, awesome experience!
Fast friendly surgery. Staff made us feel welcomed and the process was straightforward.
My overall experience with the procedure and staff was good. However, when I arrived to check in, I was told my appointment had been canceled and confirmed by a phone number that was not mine. That part of the experience was frustrating and confusing. Aside from that issue, everything else went well.
Ease in scheduling consulting appointment and on line paper work. Consult was very informative. No question unanswered. Now on to surgery.
