Was told I would receive a quote for 3 days running. Never did. they then called me and said the car was available and we are emailing you an out the door price. 3 more hours went by and I called back, they say they are working a deal with another customer. Beyond shady would never do business with them
This was easily one of the most unprofessional and dishonest experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I showed up for a scheduled appointment that no one even remembered. Not a single apology, no sense of urgency, just complete disorganization. It set the tone immediately that customers and their time mean absolutely nothing here. Things somehow got worse from there. I want to say that this dealership does right by its customers. Jose is amazing and was very good at communicating issues. The General Manager and his counterpart were very kind and graceful when I was a bit stressed. I cant recommend this Dealership enough.
