I am writing to formally bring to your attention a troubling experience I recently had with Capitol Nissan in San Jose regarding a vehicle purchase that had already received lender approval. I applied for financing on a 2013 Infiniti G37 IPL Coupe through Capitol Nissan and was approved through Westlake Financial. I came in yesterday just to look at the trucks and walked out with a brand new 2026 frontier. Ruby helped us get a good price and payment option. Even though they were super busy they were able to take care of us. I would recommend anyone to go with Ruby, she’ll make sure you walk out with the car you want for a good price!
