I was looking at what seem to be a nice used Honda that had a clean Carfax. I spoke with the sales guy Alex who was great and seem to understand that I wanted to take the car to the Honda dealership for a pre purchase inspection that I was willing to pay for out of my pocket. His finance manager Mary refused to let me take the car to the dealership for a pre purchase inspection. Terrible service, I refused a car due to serious problems: an engine leak and acceleration issues. They are withholding my down payment and trying to force me to exchange the vehicle. Be careful, stay far away from this awful store.
