They managed to drop over a gallon of diesel fuel between my tanks, giving the whole boat a very pungent odor. Then I called them to report their mistake only and receive a promise to return and clean up that was never kept. Fortunately I had an Arid Bilge System on board and moved one of the six pickups to that location and cleaned the mess up myself.
