I have been to multiple places for jewelry repair and there were problems with each one. I have never had issues with Capitol. This place is the best by far so I highly recommend it!
I took several pieces of gold jewelry n was quite pleased with their appraisal. I left 4 diamond n sapphire rings that needed extensive repair. Also left a mother of pearl n turquoise silver ring that (Mark?) turned into a beautiful pendant. The staff so friendly n helpful, couldn't be happier with my experience n the quality work.
My diamond came out of my wedding band, and I brought it here and I’m so thankful that I did. They were super professional, my ring looks great!!!
Went to get ring resized, told them didn’t want it “stretched” they said they don’t do that. They had me drop it off, and said they’d call with quote and it would take 2 weeks. Quote on phone was $50, then was called 2 days later to pick it up, went to pick it up and then was told it was $60. Tried the ring on…no change, still fit the same and couldn’t get it on finger was being resized for, and said what the heck?
