I came to this office, with doubts feeling sad uneasy, not knowing what to do. This secretary Ms. Barr came to my rescue, there were several incidents that was stated on my policy, that I didn't understand and was in doubt feeling down and lost. This secretary came to my aid, she got right on the phone and problems were gone. I walked out of that office with the weight of so many gone. I currently have a claim out with them now. Now they are claiming they are waiting on an in person inspection and it’s going on 2 weeks. I pay them well over $600 a month for car insurance. My car is paid for and I had no car payments. They totaled my car out and I would have rather kept my car. Now they won’t even tell me how much they are going to give me for my car. I will be reporting this insurance company and take further action!
At first I thought this company was different than the other insurance companies but I was wrong, they're worse. Not only that they charge your debit card without your consent, they actually charged me an extra $50 for cancelling my policy because I didn't provide them my previous insurance company policy which they never asked me for when I was purchasing my new policy from them. I understand that insurance companies are crooked but damn why would you charge for cancelling my policy . That's how greedy they are. So please d... read more
