Our car was totaled by a client from this insurance company and I must say the time and how things was and is being handled after the agreement of letting them take our car is beyond disgusting! The adjuster that broke down the payment was not straight forward with explaining exactly how the payment processing would go, every time we call the check was mailed on a different day. More like Glacier-Slow and Ice-Cold Service Dealing with Glacier Insurance has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences of my life. If you’re considering signing up with them — run the other way. I don’t know how they’re still in business with this level of incompetence. Their customer service is a complete joke. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails — guess how many responses I got? Zero. Wish I could give a zero star. My wife was rear ended on 10 June 2025. At 1st the young lady gave an insurance card for a policy with Root insurance which had been cancelled innApril. Root referred us to Glacier. Never heard of this until now. They can’t make a decision if the vehicle in question was covered by their policy. They must talk to the woman who was driving at the time of the accident to see if her car was on the policy . Aren’t we in the computer age now.
