Very pleasant experience with everyone from the front desk to Dr Ball. The exam was thorough and my concerns were addressed with both kindness and expertise.
I have went to Capitol Illini for the past 20 years and have never had a bad experience. From puppies til the end of life. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
We love our vet! They take great care of our little Miss Penelope!
The vets are great but the prices keep going up. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to be called back into a room which is great. The rooms are clean. It would be nice if mail order pharmacy would use boxes to mail the heartworm preventative as the med box typically come smashed.
