1 star is too many. I've never been so dissatisfied with auto service I've received. Service advisor returned zero calls, returned zero messages left by phone, and responded to zero messages left by text. This includes no response to my directly asking who among their leadership might be able to improve the situation. Went through 3 or 4 service techs. Now mid- July, still no A/C fixed after over A YEAR dealing with Hyun Montgomery..so disappointing, again.
