As a longtime resident, I'm very happy with the new turn in management. Megan is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Our maintenance man, Mr. Z is a true gem of a human. Requests are handled quickly, and with care. The building is kept clean and well-maintained year-round. Parking is limited, but regularly enforced by permit. Overall, it's been a great stay!
