I requested email communication due to my hearing impairment and clearly indicated “prefer email communication” on the form. However, I continued receiving phone calls instead of emails, and I did not receive proper email follow-up communication. As someone with significant hearing difficulties, phone communication is stressful and difficult for me. We have seen both avian vets here (Dr.Meyers, Dr.Chow.) Happy with the care and detail put into helping my bird. Front desk staff is responsive by email and phone. You must pay a deposit to access your very first appointment. They accept cash or card. The vets here have taught me a lot. Dr.Meyers emailed detailed documents about how to manage hormones, use avian lighting, diet guidelines, safe toy recommendations, ect after my first visit to the clinic.
