I am so fed up with this company. From The start they just left me from the start! They dont care about the employees or thier needs.tThey wouldnt even let me take the day off to go to my 2 year old daughters bday! Keep in mined iv never missed a day.When I was sick with the flu I was puking everywhere with a temp of 104.5° I called in and they gave me an attitude then told me "You better bring in a doctors note and I want it b4 we close or it going to be considered self termination" so I did what I had to. I have worked for this company 3 months now my first experience with this company was on my first daythey sent me to a site and said that there would be a sergeant there to train me well I arrived on site and the sergeant was nowhere to be found so I called dispatch and told them and they put me on hold and then they saidno one is going to be there to train me if you have any questions just call us. This company is terrible...very rude people.! It's sad that a company like this is doing business in Phoenix. The office manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with. Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about Capitol Guard and Patrol. If you want to be verbally bashed and disrespected..Capitol Guard Inc. is the best!
