They're overpriced for the most basic items. There's a reason they're located in the corner of nowhere. Otherwise the staff and owner are nice and responsive. I would return if I'm in a pinch or they get competitive like all the other glass businesses around.
Really lovely (and funny!) people who took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me explore options. I took home some glass samples and have not yet made a decision on my purchase, but I will absolutely be returning when I do.
I’ve been coming to capital glass for 30 years when I first got to know them in the west village etc I still use them even though I’m in Brooklyn now and them in queens, I can always guarantee quality and reliability, I work in antique furniture and I’ve always been impressed with the work here, can’t recommend enough and as someone mentioned Andrea is awesome
Absolutely the best! The staff here is incredibly sweet and helpful. Andrea, in particular, is like an angel—she went above and beyond to assist me with my item, delivering it earlier than the estimated completion date. She ensured I had everything I needed, providing frequent updates. The entire team was warm and accommodating. The prices are so reasonable compared to other stores. A delightful experience, and I'll certainly be returning for all my glass/mirror needs in the future.
